Passenger - Terms & Conditions.

Please Note: You are booking your journey with the airport company direct not Drive Me To The Airport. At no point do Drive Me To the Airport have any comeback from the passenger reference any failed journey or any other scenario resulting from the journey.

We are providing your chosen operator with internet based technology and that is all. The 10% deposit is non-refundable from Drive Me To The Airport in any circumstance and should you feel the need for a refund then you must pursue the taxi operator direct. We can of course provide you with full contact details for the operator on request.

1. The hirer of the vehicle is responsible for the conduct of all passengers and will be responsible for the loss of earnings as a result of injury to the driver. Your Chosen company reserve the right to invoice or make a charge to the hirer for any losses, repairs, replacements or valeting costs resulting from damage or fouling to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the hirer or its passengers.

2. It is important that all the passengers are ready at the agreed meeting time to enable the driver to meet his obligation for appointment with other scheduled customers.

3. Unscheduled variations to the agreed times may incur additional costs. Your Chosen company reserve the right to invoice or charge to the hirers credit or debit card the additional costs incurred due to the variations to the original schedule.

4. The driver may refuse to transport passengers and luggage if the vehicle becomes overloaded. The booking may be terminated if the hirer or any passengers cause excessive delays, are profoundly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are disorderly or are in the driver's judgment are unfit to travel.

5. All passengers are required by law to wear seat belts provided in the vehicle, refusal will result in the termination of hire and a pro-rata cost will be payable at the time of the termination.

6. Absolutely no bottles, cups or drinking glasses are to be carried into the passenger compartment of the vehicle.

7. Food and drink will only be consumed at the driver's discretion.

8. Smoking is not permitted by law in the vehicle.

9. Violence, foul language, intimidation, antagonism or any other form of antisocial behavior towards the driver or any member of staff of this Company will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of hire and police involvement. Termination of hire caused by antisocial behavior will render the hirer liable for the full hire charge. Acts of vandalism or malicious damage to the vehicle will be prosecuted.

10. Cancellation refunds/charge: - Cancellations or alterations must be made direct with your chosen operator using the details provided in your confirmation email. The 10% deposit is non-refundable from Drive Me To The Airport in any circumstance and should you feel the need for a refund then you must pursue the taxi operator direct.

11. Whilst every effort will be made to arrive at the customer's destination and pickup point punctually the Company shall not be liable for late arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its control. In the event of unforeseen delays the Company will endeavor to contact the hirer by telephone. It shall be the hirer's responsibility to allow adequate time to reach their destination. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be taken out where appropriate.

12. Your Chosen company reserve the right at any time to provide a larger vehicle than originally booked without prior notification.

13. Drive Me To The Airport cannot be held responsible for inconsistency in travel information supplied from various sources i.e. Airports, Railways etc.

14. Please note the driver will arrive 30 minutes after published arrival time, for airport pickups.

15. No responsibility will be taken for bookings made online with less than 48 hours notice before the collection time. These bookings should be made via telephone only.

16. In the event of serious delays at the airport passengers agree that although all assistance possible will be provided by your driver, it may not always be possible to wait. When your driver can wait then the first hour is included, if your driver has to wait longer the current hourly rate will be charged.

17. We reserve the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
